An order confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to:

 

  • Limit quantities.

  • Refuse service.

  • Cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 


Prices and availability may change without notice. In case of pricing errors, we may cancel orders or contact you for confirmation before processing.

 

 

 

Risk of Loss

 


All items purchased from Petzone are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

 

 

Product Descriptions

 


We aim to be accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our return policy.

 

 

 

Order Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

 


By placing an order on petzone.co.ke, you authorise Petzone to arrange shipping and delivery. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

 

  • If delivery fails and is rescheduled, an additional fee (not less than the original shipping fee) will apply.

  • Return or exchange requests may incur costs, payable by you, for collection or redelivery.

 

 

 

 

Petzone Gift Cards

 


Gift Cards are redeemable at petzone.co.ke for merchandise and services. They:

 

  • Have no fees and do not expire.

  • Are non-transferable and non-refundable (except as required by law).

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

 


Lost or stolen cards may be replaced with proof of purchase.

 

 

 

Permissible Uses of the Site

 


Petzone grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and make personal use of the Site. You may not:
